Practical AI for Transit

Use AI with confidence—and keep people in charge.

Plain-language training for transit professionals who want clearer goals, stronger training materials, safer communication, and more efficient program development without replacing human judgment.

The core guardrail

AI assists. Humans decide.

Every output remains a draft until a qualified person checks the facts, sources, safety implications, operational fit, and audience.

Effective Use of AI · OTP-102

Practical everyday AI for transit.

The flagship course is built for supervisors, safety personnel, instructors, human-resources professionals, operations managers, agency leaders, program developers, and Master Trainer participants or alumni. No prior AI experience is required.

Participants learn what a prompt is, how to refine an answer, how to move a rough idea toward a structured lesson, and where responsible-use boundaries must stop the process.
