Ocean's Transit Master Trainer Program
A practical, transit-specific development program for instructors responsible for clear lessons, safer performance, useful documentation, and learning that carries back to the agency.

Designed for transit.Operations, safety, workforce, and instructor realities stay connected.
Built for transfer.Participants turn agency needs into teachable, verifiable learning.
Sustained through alumni.Continuing sessions, resources, mentoring, and recalibration.
The program
The Master Trainer pathway develops the complete practice of transit instruction: preparing a learning environment, translating operational needs into measurable outcomes, facilitating difficult conversations, building scenario-based lessons, checking practical skills, and maintaining records that can withstand review.
The current controlled catalog keeps universal instruction separate from Maryland, Pennsylvania/PennTRAIN, and other client adaptations. That gives every cohort a common professional foundation while preserving the needs of the sponsoring organization.
Selected module journey
The complete controlled Master Trainer family includes 12 MTR modules. These six markers show the arc from preparation to continued alumni practice.
